We are now accepting debit cards! Debit card transactions are rounded up to the nearest $5 and there’s a processing fee of $2.95, not including any fees your bank may charge. For example, if your order is $56.09, we have to charge your card $60. We will give the change back in cash.
Yes! Before you checkout please put a note for us in the “Order Notes” section identifying which promo item or discount you would like to redeem.
Our dispatch team will send estimated times of arrival usually within an hour of ordering.
Our Daily deals are always available for delivery (Munchie Monday, Shatterday, etc.) However, vendor promotions will be limited to in-store and pick-up orders only. Delivery has a unique set of promotions, distinct to delivery.
Absolutely. These discounts are automatically updated upon placing your order.
We required orders be placed by the person who will receive them upon arrival. Drivers are required to scan IDs.
We can usually change the order for you! However, once our driver leaves for delivery you cannot change your order. Please call 310-533-7305 for any updates to your order.
It is not required but it’s highly appreciated by the drivers!
Our delivery cut off time is 9:00pm. If you place an order after 9pm highly likely to be scheduled for delivery first-thing the next day. Our dispatch team will promptly notify you if a driver cannot reach you before 9:55pm for same day delivery. Please note that the delivery cut-off time could be earlier than 9pm due to high order volume. If you are able, you can place an order in advance and select a time frame that you would like to receive your delivery. For example, you can place an order to be received at 8pm earlier that morning.

We cannot deliver to a business; we can only deliver to a place of residence.
Absolutely! Please include in the “Order Notes” section that you are staying at a hotel and any pertinent delivery instructions.
We understand things happen! If you think there may be a chance you might not be available for your delivery please advise our dispatch team as soon as possible by calling (310)533-7305 so we can reschedule it for a later time. However, we do have a three strikes policy. If upon delivery you are not available to receive your order and failed to inform our dispatch team we will count it as a strike. If you get three strikes you will no longer be eligible to use our delivery service and will be limited to in-store pick up only. Please keep in mind you can always place your order at any time during the day and select a time frame that you would like your order to be delivered at in the “Order Notes” section to avoid missing deliveries.
