How does delivery work?

You can place your order here. Select the products you wish to purchase, select checkout, fill in your address and payment type and send it through!

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Your password can be reset by clicking on the forgotten password link when you sign in.

Do you deliver to my address?

Our current zip codes eligible for delivery are 90008, 90034, 90043, 90045, 90047, 90056, 90066, 90094, 90230, 90232, 90245, 90247, 90248, 90249, 90250, 90254, 90260, 90261, 90266, 90274, 90275, 90277, 90278, 90291, 90292, 90293, 90301, 90302, 90303, 90304, 90305, 90501, 90502, 90503, 90504, 90505, 90710, 90717, 90731, 90732, 90745 & 90746.

Is there a minimum order for delivery? What’s the delivery fee?

The majority of zip codes within our delivery zone require a minimum subtotal of $50 to be eligible for delivery. However, zip codes 90274, 90275, 90731, & 90732 require a $100 minimum order. Our delivery fee is $5.00.

Are you cash only?

We are now accepting debit cards! Debit card transactions are rounded up to the nearest $5 and there’s a processing fee of $2.95, not including any fees your bank may charge. For example, if your order is $56.09, we have to charge your card $60. We will give the change back in cash.

Can I use my loyalty points on rewards for delivery?

Yes! You can select a promo item with your loyalty points. We will add any products or discounts to your order.

What is the ETA?

Our dispatch team will send estimated times of arrival usually within an hour of ordering.

Do the daily deals and promotions apply on deliveries or in-store only?

Daily Deals are available to all patrons in-store, express pick-up, and delivery. Promotions by vendors are in-store only. We do run Delivery promos from time to time though!

Can I receive my senior/veteran/disability discounts for delivery?

Absolutely. These discounts are automatically updated upon placing your order.

Can I order for someone else or have someone order for me?

We required orders be placed by the person who will receive them upon arrival. Drivers are required to scan IDs.

What happens if I order something I actually didn’t want? Can I add to my order?

We can usually change the order for you! However, once our driver leaves for delivery you cannot change your order. Please call 310-533-7305 for any updates to your order.

Should I tip my delivery driver?

It is not required but it’s highly appreciated by the drivers!

What is the delivery cut off time?

8pm is our order cutoff time. If you place an order after 8pm, more than likely it will be scheduled for next day delivery. Our dispatch team will notify you if a driver can reach you before 10pm for same day delivery.

Can you deliver my order to a business?

We cannot deliver to a business; we can only deliver to a place of residence.
